Application Steps

Prepare the Substrate

Before application, make sure the surface is dry, clean and suitable for the system.

Create an Even Substrate

For a successful application, the substrate should be as even and sound as possible. Rough or irregular surfaces can make application more difficult and increase material consumption. If necessary, prepare the surface in advance with a suitable levelling compound.

Primer

Apply evenly over the entire surface with a roller. Allow approximately 3 hours to dry. Continue to the next stage only after confirming that the surface is dry.

First Coat

Mix 25 kg of powder with approximately 10–12 litres of water for 5 minutes (1 part water : 2 parts powder), then proceed with application. If a pigmented product has been selected, the pigment ratio is specified in the package instructions. After application, allow 12 hours to dry. Average consumption is 0.5 kg/m² per coat, or 1 kg/m² in total for two coats.

Second Coat

Mix 25 kg of powder with approximately 10–12 litres of water for 5 minutes (1 part water : 2 parts powder), then proceed with application. If a pigmented product has been selected, the pigment ratio is specified in the package instructions. Once mixed, the working time is approximately 30–45 minutes. After application, allow 12 hours to dry. Average consumption is 0.5 kg/m² per coat, or 1 kg/m² in total for two coats.

Sanding

Sand the surface carefully with 150-grit abrasive paper. After sanding, remove all remaining dust thoroughly.

Sealer

Apply evenly over the entire surface with a roller. Allow approximately 3 hours to dry. Average consumption is 100 ml/m².

C-Solution

Add 10% water to the material, mix until homogeneous and apply to the surface with a roller. This stage is used to balance the intensity of the surface texture and strengthen the finish while preserving its character. The application rate and method depend on the selected colour and desired surface effect.

U-Sealer

Add 10% water to the material, mix thoroughly and apply across the entire surface with a clean roller. During application, one person should spread the product while a second person follows with a dry roller. The area is ready for use after 12 hours. Average consumption is 100 ml/m². Apply two coats in areas exposed to heavy traffic.
